About The Role

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, subcontractors, and safety, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work closely with a supportive project team that values communication, collaboration, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations from groundworks through to handover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site
  • Enforce WHS compliance and site safety standards
  • Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Monitor timelines, control costs, and ensure quality assurance
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects in Victoria
  • Strong knowledge of local construction standards, building codes, and OH&S regulations
  • Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software
