About The Role

As the HR Administrator you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly by providing assistance with HR projects, system and continuous improvement initiatives

Your day-to-day might include providing high level administrative support within the HR team, creating new ways to communicate out our staff surveys, reporting on key HR metrics and the diverse people and culture at FP, responding to emails with professionalism and a personable tone or sending of offers out to one of our excited new hires.

As part of a collaborative and experienced HR team, you'll also have room to grow — with clear pathways toward roles like HR Manager or Recruitment Coordinator.

About You

You're the kind of person who brings both heart and hustle to the workplace. With experience in HR or aged care/healthcare admin, you know how to keep things running smoothly while making people feel supported every step of the way.

  • Tech-savvy with top-notch computer and data entry skills
  • Valid working rights in Australia, plus a current police check
  • Full driver's license — you're ready to hit the road on occasion and connect with our teams on-site
