About the Service Technician VIC Role at Rheem Australia

The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of Rheem's product range in Melbourne. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding professionally to after-sales calls and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Installing and operating products within design specifications and standards
  • Evaluating and resolving appliance issues accurately or installing and commissioning appliances per quotations
  • Attending Rheem training for the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, and Solahart
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
About You:

We are seeking a committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable Plumber with:

  • A trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Servicing
  • An additional restricted Electrical license or Refrigeration qualification
  • A current driver's license
  • Comfort with electronic communication and information devices
