Store Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership role in one of our retail stores. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and managing a team of staff.

  • Ensure smooth store operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team by providing coaching and training opportunities.
  • Oversee stock management and minimise losses.
  • Work effectively with your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
