Overview

Part-Time Retail Professional - Spencer St Factory Outlet

We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Spencer St Factory Outlet in VIC on a PART-TIME basis. This role requires the availability to work fixed weekly hours on both weekdays and weekend days. If you're an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand, we are looking for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets; take ownership and use available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the full product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements

Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
