About Your Next Rewarding Opportunity

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support in a flexible environment, offering informed choice and control over each person's goals and decisions.

You will work across various environments, including supported accommodation, the community, in-home support, and supported employment programs. Your goal is to encourage independence and engagement with the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals or teams, promoting independence and community engagement.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to respond to participant needs.
  • Prioritise ongoing structured shifts on a flexible roster.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience working with disabilities, children, and young people at risk.
  • Possess current driver's license, Working with Vulnerable People Card, and relevant first aid certifications.
