Key Responsibilities">
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with acquired injuries, promoting independence and self-reliance.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments, events, and social activities, ensuring safe and timely travel.
  • Support clients in developing life skills, aligned with their goals and support plans, fostering a full and meaningful life.
  • Document client progress, record keeping and reporting, and ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements">
  • Australian residency or valid Australian working rights
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability), or currently working towards one
  • Experience in the Disability Industry
  • Current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence and an insured, reliable motor vehicle
  • Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration
  • National Police Check (Working with Vulnerable People)
