This collaboration is designed to enhance your clinical skills and business confidence, giving you the strongest possible foundation.

New Graduate opportunities are currently limited to the following locations:

As a new Australian University Dental Graduate, you'll enjoy:

• One-on-one mentorship with experienced Dentists in-centre
• RIPE GLOBAL Graduate Program access
• Clinical and business support throughout the program
• Exclusive PSG discounts on loupes, CPD courses, and direct costs

Flexibility to choose either a Service and Facility Agreement (SFA) minimum 4 days per week or a n Employment Agreement full time (up to 12 months)

About You

We're looking for Graduate Dentists who are:

• Graduating from an Australian University in 2025
• Eager to grow and build confidence in a structured, supported environment
• Passionate about pushing their clinical boundaries
• Clear on their priorities—mentorship, location, learning, and growth
• Committed to ethical and patient-focused care
• Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week for a 12-month program
