Overview

Customer Solutions Representative – Inbound Resolutions Agent at AGL. Multiple inbound Customer Resolutions Agent roles available with a start date of Monday 13 October in our Adelaide, King William Street office. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to help customers achieve success.

Whether you're on-site, in the office, or somewhere in between, you'll be part of a team that values inclusivity, respect, and learning while helping our customers move toward a cleaner energy future.

Responsibilities
  • Talk with customers over the phone, assessing needs to deliver high quality interactions and solutions tailored to each situation.
  • Handle account queries and changes, billing queries, customer complaints, selling to existing and new customers, and taking payments.
  • Work with a driven, engaged team to achieve team targets and KPI milestones while upholding company values.

  • Opportunity to earn $500–$1,500 quarterly bonuses
  • Permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid work arrangements, with some work-from-home options after a 6-month probation on shifts after 11:00 AM
  • Paid onsite training
  • Rotational shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
