The Role

This is a key leadership position overseeing the South East Victoria region, where you'll be responsible for the operational performance of approximately 200 stores and a team of 14 Area Managers. You'll work closely with senior leadership to execute retail strategy, drive commercial results, and uplift the customer experience across the region. A strong focus will be placed on coaching and empowering your team, fostering consistency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Regular travel throughout the region is part of the role, ensuring strong connection with store teams and local market needs.

Skills and Experience

You'll bring significant experience in multi-site retail leadership, ideally within a high-volume, customer-facing environment. You're a confident, hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, team development, and operational excellence. Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement is important, as is the ability to think strategically while delivering day-to-day results.
