Overview

Randstad Australia is seeking expressions of interest for a Call Centre Representative role with a company focused on delivering exceptional outcomes that exceed customers' expectations.

Your role

We have upcoming full-time opportunities within banking and finance, offering flexible and hybrid work models once fully trained and past probation. You will be using your top-notch customer service skills when speaking to customers over the phone, to assist them with various enquiries. Every interaction will be a world-class customer experience because of you

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer queries via phone and email, always focusing on the customer's needs
  • Ensuring that customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
  • Administration and data entry
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience from any industry - retail, hospitality, fitness, aviation, finance, insurance, call centre
  • You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You thrive in busy environments
  • You're empathetic, compassionate & professional
