Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join Ipswich West Special School, a co-educational school catering to students from Prep to Year 12. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality special education programs aligned to the Australian Curriculum and differentiate to meet diverse learning needs; provide appropriate supports to ensure success for all learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment and support students with disabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Full or provisional Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
  • Australian working rights or valid visa
  • Experience working with people with disability is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive support and training are provided
