About the opportunity
As the Recruitment and Capability Advisor you will drive impactful change in a high-visibility, high-priority area for DEM. Drawing on your project coordination and recruitment experience, you will work closely with the Manager, HR Advisory, and key stakeholders to drive the reinvigoration of recruitment for the Department. Not only will you be responsible for overseeing end to end recruitment for the department but you will play a pivotal part in redefining DEMs recruitment strategy by leading the Recruitment Review project.

About you
We would love to hear from you if you have the following strengths and experience:
Recruitment and Talent Expertise - Proven experience in the support and coordination of end-to-end recruitment activities, within the South Australian Public Sector desirable.
Project Management - Demonstrated experience driving projects to success, including planning, implementing, execution and closing. Ability to take big picture ideas and narrow that down to tasks and outputs.
Change Management and Continuous Improvement - Change champion. Ability to influence process change, and coach key stakeholders to embrace and execute changes.
Policy Application - Working understanding of HR frameworks, policies, and employment legislation and ability to interpret and apply standard operating processes.
Communication and Relationship Management - Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to address complex people and organisational challenges and build trust.
Teamwork and Collaboration - Proven ability to work collaboratively, be flexible and contribute to and encourage a culture of high performance, teamwork and a shared responsibility for achieving results across People and Culture, and with internal clients.
Technology - Experience in the use of recruitment and selection systems for innovation and process efficiencies, such as LinkedIn or other related platforms.
Working HR and or Recruitment experience in Public Sector is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications in Human Resource or a related business field is desirable.

Remuneration:
ASO6 salary range $98,478 - $104,165 per annum + superannuation
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
Special Conditions:
This is a contract/term vacancy for 12 months with possibility for extension.
