SALES ADMINISTRATOR - TEAM MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at TAARNBY.

About the Role

In this Team Manager position, you will be responsible for supporting a high-performing team in various aspects of sales administration.

  • Coordinate files for new listings, including Contracts, Form 1's, and other documents.
  • Organise photographers, stylists, and contractors to ensure timely and professional results.
  • Create marketing and advertising materials for properties and upload them online.
  • Liaise with vendors, purchasers, conveyancers, and brokers throughout the sales process to settlement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
