About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our respected Sales Director, handling key administrative and marketing functions to ensure smooth transactions and outstanding client service.

Duties
  • Assist sales agents with contracts and administrative tasks.
  • Manage databases and update client records.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including signboards and brochures.
  • Handle enquiries and schedule home opens.
  • Oversight of vendor-paid advertising and campaign tracking.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and market insights.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence.
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in real estate is essential.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
