This Opportunity

As a Senior IR Specialist, you will lead and support the entire enterprise bargaining process, including planning, negotiating and rolling out enterprise agreements. You'll be the go-to person for advice on employment law and enterprise agreements, working closely with HR and unions to sort through complex situations and ensure compliance is maintained.

This role is based at our Perth headquarters overlooking the beautiful Elizabeth Quay with flexible work arrangements available.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment/Industrial Relations, Law or a related field
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in employment/industrial relations field in an advisory capacity
  • Experience in maritime, construction or related industries (preferable)
  • Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comprehension of employment legislation e.g., Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and ability to interpret Awards and Agreements.
  • IR experience, including interpreting of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
