About The Role

We are seeking a passionate HR Officer to join our Perth team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to take initiative. This role involves streamlining HR processes and supporting team members with accurate and timely information. The position is based at our Perth office, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage queries and requests via ServiceNow and Workday
  • Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) ensuring approvals are obtained
  • Generate employment change letters within and outside Workday
  • Prepare employment offers and onboard new hires in Workday
  • Maintain organizational and position data in Workday
  • Create and distribute reports using Excel
  • Build professional relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Regularly review Workday data for accuracy and compliance
  • Arrange relocation assistance for employees
About You
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related field, or actively studying HR
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative skills
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable within a changing environment
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on outcomes
