Client Success Manager

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team at Different Technologies Pty Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding and ensure seamless implementation of VALD systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients through online methods and occasional face-to-face interactions.
- Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth.
- Deliver online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
- Track and report regular activity, utilizing SaaS applications like HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Email.
- Manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously, working independently or collaboratively with team members.
- Prior experience working with VALD Technology in a clinical or high-performance setting.
- Able to understand and share the client's perspective and challenges.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Become an expert on VALD systems.
We are looking for a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, sports scientist, or a go-getter with excellent people skills, a can-do attitude, and an interest in technology and helping clients implement systems and solutions.
