About the Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished Delivery Project Architect to lead multiple Infrastructure and Data Centre projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of projects, you will manage high-profile initiatives, including two projects set to commence on-site with Tier 1 Contractors, a world-first project with a Managing Contractor, and a number of exciting projects in the design phase.

You will be working with a local team and collaborating with national leaders to ensure design and delivery excellence throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation process for complex building projects, focusing on services coordination and consultant management as key requirements.
• Guide project teams through effective communication and clear role allocation, ensuring each member understands their responsibilities and project goals.
• Deliver project and design updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Demonstrate sound technical knowledge and construction experience, particularly in the Tier 1 ECI/D&C environment.
• Oversee the performance of multiple projects against various key metrics such as design quality, documentation clarity, quality assurance, and financial outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and industry trends.
• Work alongside the team to develop and deliver high-quality documentation using Revit.

About You

We look forward to welcoming someone with prior experience on Infrastructure & Data Centre projects in addition to:

• Demonstrated experience on Infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in architecture.
• Registered Architect in Brisbane (preferred).
• Proficient in Revit and related design software.
• Strong communicator with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams, encouraging collaboration and growth.
• Skills in managing client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Broad experience across a variety of project types.
• Motivated to contribute to business growth and strategic direction.
• Design-oriented, with a passion for leading the early stages of projects and engaging in concept design/design competitions.
