The Role

We're on the hunt for a Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong partnerships across Brisbane and surrounds. This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for someone who loves being out in the trade, thrives on genuine connection, and knows how to sell with passion and purpose.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts predominantly on-premise
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Championing the Heads of Noosa brand across your territory
  • Providing customer support, promotional ideas, and brand education
  • Collaborating with the team to provide insights and feedback from the front line
  • Attending key industry and consumer events to represent the brand
  • Reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and market trends

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy, backed by a supportive team that's deeply committed to the brand and culture we're building.

What We're Looking For

We care more about sales talent, drive, and cultural fit than specific brewing industry experience (although that's a bonus). If you've got the skills and the attitude, we want to hear from you.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A proven track record in sales, account management, or territory development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A natural ability to build relationships and influence buying decisions
  • Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own territory
  • Passion for quality beer and the people who serve it
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and an eye for opportunities
  • Experience in beverages, hospitality, or FMCG is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel around Brisbane
