About the role

Support older Australians in their homes, shopping, activities,and appointments, medication assistance, personal cares andcommunity connection.

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to assist clientsthroughout Perth's South-East Metropolitan area, includingCanning Vale, Thornlie, Gosnells, Southern River, Harrisdale,Seville Grove, Armadale, Kelmscott, Roleystone, Byford, and nearbysuburbs. Because this is a community-based role, having reliabletransport is essential.

Specifically, we are seeking:

• 2 Support Workers available Monday to Friday from 4pm to7pm
• 1 Support Worker available Monday to Friday between 8am and4pm

About you

You're passionate about empowering older Australians tomaintain their independence and live confidently in their ownhomes. You bring empathy, reliability, and strong communicationskills, along with a genuine desire to make a positive differencein the lives of others.

In addition, you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged, Community, or Disability Care
• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays perweek
• Excellent communication skills, including literacy andnumeracy skills
• A current Driver's License
• A roadworthy vehicle registered in WA and covered byThird-Party insurance
• Previous experience working as a community support workeris highly desired, but not essential
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6months)
