Position:Centre Director – Early Learning Centre
Location: Killarney Heights
Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
Salary: $110K–$140K + Attractive KPI Bonuses + super
Service Size: 120 places (Currently 40% occupancy – huge potential for you to grow with the service)

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-assessed equivalent) or open to experiencedDiploma
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a strong 2ic or Director
  • Strong background in recruitment, rostering, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to grow occupancy and build centre reputation
  • Deep knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, visionary mindset
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
