We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team, managing a well-maintained southern portfolio, supported by dedicated operational resources and exceptional systems.

The Opportunity

This is not your standard PM role. With support from a dedicated Leasing Agent, remote professional VA, and outsourced PCR providers, you'll be empowered to focus on what truly matters — client relationships, portfolio health, and delivering a premium service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a clean portfolio with professional support
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
• Nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring legislative compliance and company standards are upheld
• Operating within a framework of exceptional systems and processes

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a high level of internal support — including no end-of-month processing.

What You'll Bring

• Current WA Property Management registration
• Experience with Property Tree (highly desirable)
• Professional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, initiative, and attention to detail
• A valid driver's licence
• A polished, service-focused approach to client care
