We are a multi-national property company based in Victoria Park and are part of a larger group under the umbrella of CC International Limited which is head quartered in Kuala Lumpur.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of a well-maintained property portfolio

Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service

Managing rent reviews and lease renewals

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Maintaining accurate documentation and database records

Conducting final Inspections

Management of rent in arrears

Carrying out repairs & maintenance

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management

Current WA Property Manager Registration

Valid WA driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

Well-versed in property management software (e.g. REST, IRE)

Professional, organised and reliable with strong communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
