The Role

As an Associate (3–4 PQE) or Junior Senior Associate, you'll advise across a broad range of matters, including M&A, project development, and strategic transactions in the energy and resources space. The role offers meaningful client contact, responsibility from day one, and the chance to work on matters shaping Australia's energy transition.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years PQE or junior SA level, ideally with experience in corporate M&A and projects
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in the energy and resources sector
  • Open to both Australian and UK-qualified lawyers with relevant transactional experience
