We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist and People Business Partner, with a focus on building a high-performing culture to drive excellence and innovation. We are looking for a people-oriented and energetic HR Site Manager to anchor on-ground people operations and employee experience at one of our key office locations. As part of the broader People function, this role is instrumental in bringing HR strategy to life on-site, serving as the go-to HR point of contact for employees at the location and ensuring seamless HR processes, high employee engagement, and a positive workplace environment.
