About the opportunity

If you enjoy helping others and are committed to making other's lives less lonely and more joyful, we are keen to hear from you. Although challenging, making such a valuable difference to someone's life can bring a sense of satisfaction and purpose.

• To support clients to remain living in their own home through the provision of respite, personal care, domestic assistance and carer support in accordance with care plans and as directed by Care Advisors
• To provide accurate and timely information about client needs/change in client condition to the Care Advisor
• Listen to clients and give them a voice, enabling them to choose for themselves
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers".

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
● A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
● The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

● A current NDIS WSC
● Proof of current influenza vaccination and others as required.
