Key Responsibilities

As a home care worker, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support and care to our clients. This includes:

  1. Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties to ensure our clients maintain their independence and dignity.
  2. Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  3. Domestic Assistance: Helping with daily errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • A current National Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver's license and first aid certificate.
