Store Manager position at Johnny Bigg in MYER ADELAIDE, SA. We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team; we pride ourselves on great customer service and delivering high quality fashion forward menswear for the big and tall.

Overview

As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer and are willing to go the extra mile for them.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a team (typically 3+ staff) and manage day-to-day store operations
  • Drive customer service excellence and deliver high-quality fashion-forward menswear experience
  • Meet and aim to exceed company budgets and KPI targets
  • Lead, motivate and empower the team; manage performance and rostering
  • Implement strong Visual Merchandising and think commercially and strategically for the store
  • Identify store opportunities through analysis and reporting
  • Recruitment and performance management responsibilities as required
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and maintain personal presentation aligned with brand
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 1 year fashion retail management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of 3 or more
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven to achieve company budgets and KPI targets
  • Analytical with ability to identify store opportunities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
  • Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store
  • Experience in performance management, performance-based rostering and recruitments
  • Interest in fashion and trends
  • Pride in personal style and presentation
  • Willingness to work both with others and independently as required by roster
