Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Brisbane, QLD. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to increase market share, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Daily tasks will include market research, sales forecasting, client meetings, and reporting on business performance metrics. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

About you:

  • Proven track record of success in developing pipelines and driving revenue growth, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the transport industry is a must.
  • Leadership development and support from Senior Leaders in the business.
