About The Role

Can you tell an Ale from a Lager, or a Merlot from a Shiraz? Or are you excited to dive into the world of fantastic liquor brands that serve the nation? Join First Choice Liquor Market as an Assistant Store Manager and elevate your retail leadership with one of Australia's leading liquor retailers.

You'll work alongside the Store Manager to maintain the store's appearance, build a great team, manage inventory, and create a welcoming environment. Your friendly service will make a difference, creating memorable moments for customers across Australia.

About You And Your Skills
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, with a desire to learn about our products and grow with us
  • Social and enjoy engaging with people to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining an organized, appealing store environment
  • Motivated by achieving store goals and increasing sales
  • RSA certification, or willingness to obtain one
