Qualifications

To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have:

• 7+ Years implementing, supporting or doing technical sales of ERP Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain will be an advantage
• Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the ERP business applications space, with emphasis on the Financials and Procurement space
• Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
• Experience engaging with executives
• Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused.
• Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others' benefit
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and pursuits simultaneously

Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer you will be a trusted advisor to customers during our sales pursuits, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.

• Use your storytelling skills to explain how our solutions will solve our customer's problems and the value our solutions provide in a way that our customers can relate to.
• Work with our customers to understand their challenges and needs and the value in solving them

• Collaborate with teams across Microsoft bringing the full potential of Microsoft to deliver an amazing solution to our customers
