Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Finance Solutions Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers and partners on cutting-edge industry solutions in various sectors, including Aerospace & Defense; Energy, Utilities & Resources; Engineering & Manufacturing; Construction & Infrastructure; and Services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Guiding customers to improve their business through a deep understanding of finance and industry accelerators.
  • Understanding customer business needs, industry practices, and local financial policies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor in articulating and evaluating customer-specific business solutions.
  • Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
  • Leading solution definition and scope for the finance portion of the solution.
  • Identifying and bridging gaps between customer needs and IFS Products.
  • Conducting customer training sessions and workshops.
  • Guiding customers with testing and go-live cut-over strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory and compliance issues in the finance domain.
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring colleagues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of IFS products, processes, and methodology.

Requirements

To succeed, you'll have:

  • An academic background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering finance ERP/IT solutions in a similar role.
  • A proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Fluency in English and local language, both oral and written.
  • Occasional national and international travel.
