At WiseTech Global we tackle some of the most complex challenges in the logistics industry. We are on the lookout for a freight forwarding expert to leverage their in-depth knowledge and help guide the development of our industry-leading software, CargoWise.

About the Role

Our Product Specialists are problem solvers and subject matter experts who bridge the gap between business and technology. They work closely with customers to:

  • Understand and analyse issues
  • Identify root causes of problems
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver impactful solutions

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Deliver exceptional 2nd-line customer support
  • Draft requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Assess existing functionality and recommend enhancements
  • Document support materials and release notes
  • Analyse and document business processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal practices
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) for software fixes and new features
  • Collaborate with customers and developers throughout the product lifecycle
About You

You're a natural problem solver with a talent for uncovering the root cause of issues. Clear communication, active listening, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are your strengths. You're eager to make a difference and thrive on continuous learning.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with CargoWise forwarding modules (highly beneficial)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven learning and professional development
  • Background in software products (advantageous but not essential)
  • Critical thinking and constructive feedback skills
  • Customer service mindset when supporting clients
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a drive for improvement
