We are seeking an experienced Fertility Nurse Manager with a strong track record in IVF to lead a passionate nursing team and ensure exceptional standards of patient care.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop our team of fertility nurses and support staff.
• Oversee all aspects of nursing care within our IVF programs, ensuring best-practice standards.
• Work closely with medical specialists and embryology teams to deliver personalised treatment plans.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient experience excellence.
• Contribute to the development of clinic protocols, policies, and operational workflows.

About you:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with significant experience in an IVF or fertility clinic setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
• Passionate about equitable care and creating inclusive patient experiences.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
