Overview

We are growing rapidly and seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our CRO team.

About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to increase Luxury Escapes' conversion rates and margins, particularly in international markets.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation.
  • Measure and report on crucial product metrics, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
  • Use data to better understand customer needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product design, data, and other product managers.
  • Drive the experimentation roadmap to unlock the next wave of growth, ensuring decisions are backed by data and robust testing methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Strong academic record – technical skills are a plus, but not required from a computer science background.
  • Demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship.
  • Problem-solver willing to roll up your sleeves to find the right solution.
  • Experience communicating with management as well as engineering and design teams.
  • SQL experience and ability to write and execute queries is beneficial.
  • Passionate about building products that customers love with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of statistics to interpret and make decisions from A/B test results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with a bias for action.
