About the role:

  • Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage across Killara , Northern Beaches , Sydney Metro
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chefin Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
  • Food Safety Supervisory Certification
  • Create hero moments for customers
  • Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
  • Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
  • Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
