We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Project Support Officer within our team.

  • This is a contract role with an initial term of 6 months, with potential for extensions.

The AI in Government Taskforce has identified a business need for two project support officers to be engaged. The successful candidates will provide administrative and project support to the taskforce, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management

Delivering projects on time and within budget, managing competing priorities and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

Documentation and Reporting

Preparing high-quality project management documents, including schedules, deliverables, risks and issues, in tight timeframes.

Communication and Collaboration

Maintaining productive working relationships with various stakeholders, including senior executives, and providing clear and concise reports.

Security Clearance

Candidates require a minimum baseline security clearance to be eligible for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project support, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
