Own It – How We Get the Job Done

You'll support participants through:

  • Mentoring & skill development– explore hobbies and personal interests
  • Coaching independent living skills– cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement
  • Medication supportand adherence to individual plans
  • Clear documentation– handovers and incident reports
  • Personal care– toileting, showering, feeding, dressing
  • Community engagement– recreational activities and cultural inclusion

Make It Matter – What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
  • Current full driver's licence
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus
