Overview

Job title: Product Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms | Location: Melbourne | Base pay range: A$120,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yr. Remuneration: A$120,000 + A$10,000 - A$20,000 bonus & 1% of EBIT. Benefits: A$14,000 per annum car allowance & benefits package.

Responsibilities

The role of the Product Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:

  • Product Marketing Manager position selling promoting a range of commercial washroom products, Toilet Partition & Locker systems
  • Will be responsible of managing the complete product portfolio
  • Lead product lifecycle activities including product planning, launches, updates and
  • Analyse market trends along with customer feedback to inform on product & pricing strategy
  • Collaborate with operations, and sales to drive new product development and enhancements
  • Manage company website content, SEO strategy, and online advertising to optimise traffic and lead generation
  • Plan and coordinate industry tradeshows, events, and exhibitions
  • Partner with the sales team and customer service team to provide product knowledge, tools, and training to drive growth
  • Provide leadership to the purchasing officer, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and vendor relationships are aligned
  • Collaborate with supply chain and purchasing officer to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and resolve sourcing challenges
  • Support pricing strategies to balance profitability and market competitiveness
Qualifications / Ideal applicant
  • Must have product & sales marketing management experience
  • Open in terms of products you've dealt with however construction, building materials would be advantageous (ideally washrooms)
  • Must have people management experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail skills
