Experienced HSE Supervisor Required

True Resources is now recruiting, on behalf of a leading WA mining and drilling contractor, for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support and promote safety conscious reverse circulation (RC) and grade control drilling operations.

Here Are The Essentials You Can Expect

• $800-$1,000/day + consistent 2:1 roster
• FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
• Join a high-performing drilling team with modern rigs
• Strong safety culture and supportive management

What is expected of you on the job:

• Oversee site safety for RC and grade control drilling programs
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and accredited training
• Work closely with drill crews and site management to maintain HSE compliance
  
  

To be successful, you must have and provide:

• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (mandatory)
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (mandatory)
• Prior experience in Australian mining, drilling, or heavy industry (RC or GC drilling highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of WA Mines Safety legislation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A National Police Clearance from within 3 months of application
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status
• Currently reside in Australia
• Hold a current Unrestricted Manual C-Class Licence
