Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment for Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg and various other departments throughout the hospital.

What you'll bring

You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. You are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a sterilisation unit, have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively alongside the team as well as independently, with excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
