About You

We're looking for an Engineer with 5+ years' experience in design standards and structural solutions, including concrete, timber framing, and masonry. You'll have a reputation for precision and excellence, ensuring every project from residential to community-scale infrastructure is delivered to the highest standard.

  • Skilled in client engagement, contracts, and council negotiations

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and documentation for structural projects across residential, commercial, and community-scale infrastructure
  • Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and manage documentation
  • Engage with clients, manage contracts, and navigate council negotiations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications

5+ years in structural design with experience in concrete, timber framing, and masonry; strong communication and leadership potential. Hybrid working options available on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane.
