Role and Responsibilities- Executive General Manager, Performance, Risk & Strategy reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
- Hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee as Chief Risk Officer, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.
- Drive performance, enable agile and high-impact decision-making, and support the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.
We are seeking a proven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines—ideally within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment. A strong understanding of the public sector context is key. Your ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value will position you as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board, and key stakeholders. You will be recognised for your people leadership, collaboration, strategic foresight, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy.
Post-graduate qualifications are desirable, along with demonstrated experience in regulated environments. Your leadership will reflect thought leadership, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to public value.
Remuneration and Location- Full time, 3-year executive contract
- Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid working
