About Us
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum's garage, a beat-up coffee roaster, and passion. We set out on a journey of business and coffee discovery, focusing on roasting the tastiest coffee and treating everyone like family.
Fast forward 26 years, we are an energetic team passionate about pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

We're looking for a passionate cook who lives and breathes café culture, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in plating dishes that taste as good as they look. Our kitchen is driven by prep, workflow, and rhythm to ensure great service starts behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll create vibrant, consistent dishes that elevate the café experience. You'll be part of a close-knit team with opportunities to collaborate and contribute to our food journey.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience (café, bistro, or similar)
- A genuine love for food, flavor, and fast-paced service
- Confident multitasker who can handle the heat and stay cool
- Solid knife skills and high attention to detail
- A team player with initiative, willing to lead or support as needed
