Precision MGMT is growing, and we're excited to introduce a brand-new role to our team

We're on the lookout for a creative, proactive, and digitally-savvy Junior Brand Strategist to join the agency. Working closely with the Director and Creative + Brand Manager, this role is key in shaping Precision MGMT and our wider portfolio across four divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies for individuals represented by Precision MGMT

Shooting and curating engaging content

Creating moodboards and pitching innovative campaign ideas

Supporting with scheduling, posting, and community management across social platforms

Capturing BTS content across shoots, castings, and events

Contributing to brand initiatives (including our Precision MGMT newspaper)

Assisting with website updates and maintenance

Staying ahead of cultural trends, industry news, and platform updates

About You:

  • An eye for brand-building, social media, and creative storytelling
  • Excellent eye for detail and visual aesthetics
  • Confident with all content creation tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps,)
  • Comfortable behind the camera and in fast-paced creative environments
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow

This is a part-time role based in South Melbourne, perfect for someone ready to dive into the creative and fast-evolving world of our industry.

Located in South Melbourne, this role will commence on a part time basis.
