Strategist - Brand Insights

In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in our company's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating events and calendar management, supporting the team through research analysis, and contributing to brand strategy development.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Briefing Sessions and Meetings: Attend as required to stay informed about client and internal needs.
  2. Brand Research: Conduct deep dives to gather insights that inform brand strategy recommendations.
  3. Analysis and Strategy Development: Work with the team to identify meaningful insights and develop recommendations for clients.
  4. Communication Skills: Clearly document your findings in compelling narratives.
  5. Support and Coordination: Assist the team in preparing for meetings, research interviews, debriefs, and workshops.
  6. Event Management: Help coordinate and run events for the Strat Chats community.
  7. Culture and Knowledge Sharing: Stay current on industry trends and share best practices with the team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We seek an individual with excellent communication skills and a university degree. Open to graduates and those with experience in qualitative research or account management looking to transition into strategy. We value teamwork, collaboration, and time for personal growth and development.
