Spray Painter | Mercedes-Benz Autobody (Brisbane, QLD) – Mercedes-Benz Autobody (Mercedes-Benz Brisbane) are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our cutting-edge facility in Salisbury. As a Spray Painter at Mercedes-Benz Autobody, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to OEM specifications with a focus on premium automotive finishes. You will work on a range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to ensure precision, durability, and a flawless finish every time.
Responsibilities- Apply automotive paint and finishes to vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results, following manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of painting tasks
- Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and addressing any imperfections
- Stay abreast of industry advancements in paint technologies and techniques
- Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing quality paint finishes
- Proficient in color matching and mixing, with a keen eye for detail in achieving desired paint results
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and other departments
- Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving automotive painting technologies
- Problem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes
