We're partnering with a global investment bank to appoint an Analyst or Associate to join their Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team in Sydney. This is a strong opportunity to join a well-established platform advising on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the financial services sector.

You'll work closely with experienced dealmakers on live transactions across banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech, supporting clients throughout the region. The team offers a collaborative and high-performing environment, with solid mentorship and strong deal flow.

Key Requirements:

  • Three years M&A experience from a global investment bank or independent advisor firm

  • Exposure to FIG sectors is highly regarded but not essential

  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
