Responsibilities

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be part of a small, genuine team dedicated to creating memorable and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Maintain common areas to brand standards
  • Perform guest room in-stay and departure cleans to high standards
  • Ensure cleaning efficiency and quality meet hotel benchmarks
  • Provide feedback on the condition of hotel areas to the Housekeeping or Hotel Manager, especially regarding deep cleaning, repairs, or replacements needed to uphold hotel standards

Skills and Experiences: About You

In our fast-paced environment, adaptability, a positive attitude towards variety, and an ownership mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a Visa with approved working rights)
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and high cleanliness standards
  • Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts per week, mainly mornings/day shifts
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
